Sales & Scheduling Assistant

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, organized Sales & Scheduling Assistant to support our showroom and daily operations. You’ll assist customers, support the sales team, schedule installations and service calls, and help keep everything running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For
  • Friendly, professional, and responsive customer service
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Ability to learn point-of-sale and inventory systems (Windward System 5 experience is an asset)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Experience in customer service, scheduling, or sales preferred
  • Knowledge of fireplaces, wood stoves, home renovations, or construction is a plus
  • Reliable, committed, and interested in a long-term role
What We Offer
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hrs/week)
